How to access the notification/communication I received?

Note about mobile device access: Notifications that require a password can be accessed, but not those that use a digital certificate. These will need to be opened with a PC.

The steps to access the electronic notification/communication are as follows:

Step 1.- Access the web address that arrives with the email notification:

Step 3.- On the next screen you will need to choose the access method: one-time password (red box) or with digital certificate (blue box):

If we do not have a digital certificate (such as DNIe, idCAT, etc.), we can access using a password by entering our NIF/NIE and the mobile phone or email you indicated in the procedure to receive the notices of the electronic notifications.

Step 4.- When we click on "Send me a code" we are left with the following screen waiting to receive the password by email or by mobile phone (depending on what we have chosen in the previous step):

Step 5.- By e-mail or by SMS (depending on what we have chosen on the previous screen) we receive the personal, single-use password that, once entered, will take us to electronic communication. This password has a validity period of about 30 minutes.

Step 6.- Enter the password we received (it will only be valid for 30 minutes)

Step 7.- Entering the password, we arrive at the last screen where our electronic communication is located. It is advisable to save the document on your computer.

One-time password to access the notification

One-time passwords have the following characteristics:

  1. They can only be used to access the system that is requesting it.
  2. They have a limited temporal validity (generally 30 minutes).
  3. They can only be used in one transaction.
  4. They are for personal use and non-transferable.

To obtain the one-time password you will access the following screen. The data in the red box must be filled in:

How can I identify myself to access the notification?

You can access the electronic notification received through the following means:

3. With digital certificate

Regarding the digital certificate , this can be issued by the AOC Consortium, or through a provider of Certification Services including a list of entities classified by the AOC Consortium that can be consulted in Certificates accepted by the AOC Consortium validator

Once the user is identified, the content of the electronic notification can be accessed. From this screen, the citizen or company can download the content of the notification (Administrative act) and also the electronic proof of validity , which is the electronic document that certifies that the administration has served the notification and that it will serve the citizen as evidence in case he needs to prove it before a court.

Notification sent to one company only

To access a notification addressed to a company:

  1. You need to make sure that the recipient's NIF is that of your company.
  2. You need to make sure if this notification, in particular, has been addressed to a related person of this company.

CASE 1. Notification sent only to the company.

  • If you can access with a password (see email access level): In this case, you only need to be informed on the access screen, the NIF of the company, and the mobile phone/email that you provided to receive the notices by to receive notifications

  • If you want to access with a certificate: In this case, you need a certificate containing the NIF of the company.

CASE 2. Notification sent to a company and a related person of that company

  • If you can access with a password (see email access level): In this case, you must inform the access screen of the NIF of the company, the NIF of the related person and the mobile/email that you reported to receive the notices to receive notifications.

  • If you want to access with a certificate: In this case, you need a certificate that contains the NIF of the company, and also the NIF of the related person .

Finally, if you have doubts about who the notification is addressed to, you can make a request to us, indicating your NIF, date of notification, issuer of the notification, IDNotification, etc., (you will find this information in the email you have receipt)

What certificates does e-NOTUM accept for accessing notifications?

e-NOTUM accepts:

  1. All certificates issued by the AOC Consortium.
  2. All certificates issued by other certification bodies qualified according to the EIDAS Regulation.

It should be borne in mind that depending on the level of security applied to the specific notification, a certificate, despite being qualified, could not be used to accept it because it does not have the level required by it.

Consult the qualified certificates according to the EIDAS Regulation .

Where can I access my electronic notifications?

A specific notification can be accessed from:

  • The link to access the notification , indicated in the notification email of this notification (see image)
  • From the space of electronic notifications submitted by a body for a certain user (see image)
  • Or, through the electronic headquarters of the body that sent the notification.
