For information on how to respond to the notification you received or if you have any doubts about its content , contact the organization that sent it to you. We provide you with the addresses of the electronic offices of some administrations in case you do not have the contact:
- Generalitat and Organizations dependent on the Generalitat : you can contact them through 012 or the Gencat contact page.
- Tax authorities: You can contact them through their electronic offices.
- City Councils, Regional Councils, Provincial Councils , etc.: you can contact them through their electronic headquarters .
The e-NOTUM service, once the notification reaches final status, automatically generates the "Justification" document that contains the evidence of the notification process. You can download this justification by accessing the notification and clicking on the "Justification" link that you will find in the right side margin, under the "Download notification" button.
In this document the basic metadata of the notification (id, issuing body, title, reference and date and registration number) are reported and the date and time of making the notification available as well as the practice of the same (whether by acceptance or rejection of the same), as well as the person who accessed it.
The document also contains the data relating to the recipients, but partially anonymised, and the documents annexed to the notification (notified act and annexes if any).
