The e-NOTUM service, once the notification reaches its final state, automatically generates the "Justifying document" document that contains the evidence of the notification process. You can download this supporting document by accessing the notification and clicking on the "Justifying" link that you will find on the right side margin, under the "Download notification" button.
This document provides information on the basic metadata of the notification (id, issuing body, title, reference and date and registration number) and reliably accredits the date and time of the notification being made available as well as the execution of the notification (either by acceptance or rejection of the notification), as well as the person who accessed it.
The document also contains the data relating to the recipients, but partially anonymized, and the documents attached to the notification (notified act and attachments if any).
