The e-NOTUM is a service that the AOC makes available to Catalan public administrations so that they can notify citizens, companies or entities electronically with all the legal guarantees.
After carrying out a management or a procedure, the Administration can communicate with you through an electronic notification. You can also receive a notification related to a procedure initiated ex officio by the Administration itself (such as a penalty).
When you have a notification available, you will receive a notification on the mobile phone or email address provided when you started the procedure related to the administration. You will be able to access the notification through the link provided to you or through your personal space of the corresponding electronic headquarters.
The AOC makes the tool available to the Administration, but the content of the notification and the contact details provided during the procedure are the responsibility of the administration that sent you the notification.
