From AOC Support we can only help you with access to the notification.
For information on how to respond to the notification you received or if you have any doubts about its content , contact the organization that sent it to you. We provide you with the addresses of the electronic offices of some administrations in case you do not have the contact:
- Generalitat and Organizations dependent on the Generalitat : you can contact them through 012 or the Gencat contact page.
- Tax authorities: You can contact them through their electronic offices.
- City Councils, Regional Councils, Provincial Councils , etc.: you can contact them through their electronic headquarters .
The citizenship portal allows access to the notifications contained in the name of the person or persons you represent, accrediting the representation in two ways:
- with certificate of representative
- with the registration of the representation in the Electronic Register of Powers of Attorney (Representa)
Access the portal and press the "Access with digital identity" button
Access to VÀLid is opened, where you can choose to access between different digital identifiers
In this case, it is accessed with a representative certificate.
Once you have accessed e-NOTUM, the tool asks if you want to access your personal notification mailbox or the notification mailbox of the company you represent
If you choose to access your personal notification mailbox, you see your personal notifications.
If you choose to access the notification mailbox of the company you represent, you see notifications directed to that company.
In this case, if you click on any notification in time, you access a preview of it, where you see the most important data, as well as the legal information about its access and the consequences that derive from it.
If you want to access the notification, press the "Open notification" button and the contents of the notification will be previewed in the left side margin. This will be recorded as open and therefore completed, remaining in its final state. You can download the document to your device by clicking on "Download notification".
If you want to download a receipt, you can do so by clicking on "Download receipt", where you will see that it is listed as opened by you, as a representative of the company.
If you access the mailbox again, you will see that the notification is now listed as opened and completed.

Once you have logged in with the chosen mechanism, e-NOTUM asks Representa if you are someone's representative (either a person or a company or association) and asks if you want to access your notification mailbox or the notification mailbox someone else's
In the case of the image, we choose to access the notification mailbox of a representative of ours.
As you can see in the following image, on the right side margin you can see that we are accessing as someone else's representative (name) and if we click, we can change the mailbox between ours and that of our representatives.
